Clean rooms and great service. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is so close to the ADO bus station that you can easily catch a bus to any destination you desire. Not only that, but there is also a vibrant market nearby where you can enjoy live music until midnight. The staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns you may have. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. there is a great restaurant right across the street, offering delicious meals at affordable prices.

One downside to this hotel is that in some rooms located at the back, there can be a bit of noise when there are events happening in the central square.

I recently stumbled upon this hotel during my stay in downtown Cancun and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, with a bustling main square right behind the hotel filled with inviting food stalls and a lively atmosphere. It's also conveniently close to the ADO Bus terminal and plenty of shops and restaurants.

All in all, I had a great stay and found everything to be satisfactory.

The hotel's location near the bus station was very practical for my early morning departure. The transportation options were convenient, with a bus running just outside the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.

Some rooms at the back of the hotel may experience noise from events on the central square, but it adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The room and bathroom were clean, and the hotel staff provided ok service. Although breakfast was not mentioned in the reviews, the hotel's proximity to a variety of local eateries is a plus.

The rooms were not as pictured, with old bed sheets and overused towels.

We had a great stay at Grand Hotel Colonial. The location was perfect, with bars, restaurants, and late night stores nearby. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it easy to explore the top beaches. The staff was friendly and we even had the chance to enjoy a relaxing massage in our room. The rooms were clean and functional, perfect for budget-conscious travelers like us.

We stayed at a hotel super close to the ADO bus station, which was convenient for our travel plans to Belize. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a light sleeper like me. The check-out time was flexible, allowing us to relax until noon. Moreover, there was a hairdryer in the room and the beds were really cozy. Across the hotel, we found an amazing, authentic, and affordable Mexican stand with delicious quesadillas. The location was great as it was near Parque de las Palapas, where we could explore many food booths, small shops, and even restaurants and bars. I felt very secure in this area.

Great location, fun plaza nearby with fair and walking distance to restaurants and clubs. Nice staff, they spoke Spanish slowly. Less than 10-minute walk from the bus terminal and one-minute away from the bus for the beach. Spacious rooms, good WiFi, nice courtyard with tropical plants. Reception available 24/7. Special thanks to Ericka for her attention to detail in cleaning and preparing the room.

The air conditioning kept the room at the perfect temperature, and the spaciousness made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel on a quiet walk-only street ensured a peaceful night's sleep. the continental breakfast offered a great selection of toast, fruit, yogurt, juice, and coffee, and the attentive employee always made sure we had everything we needed. we found the Grand Hotel Colonial to be a great place to stay, offering excellent value for the price.
